Heavenly Father, thank you that your Word encourages us to pray without ceasing. Help me to do this and also to pray according to your will so that I have the assurance that my prayers will always be answered. And I pray today for all who are suffering that you will protect them from evil things and evil people. Gratefully, for Jesus' sake I pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, You have put our world together in all of Your Majesty and power, and now, You have allowed the island of Haiti to tremble and shake, and much damage to structures has taken place. It is for the dear souls there that we ask for Your mercy. We pray for guidance for the search and rescue workers as they seek to free folks from the wreckage of the buildings. I pray that the relief will flow in for these people from around the world, and that in the long run they will be blessed , because of making the world more aware of the ongoing needs in this country. Lord have mercy on this country. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. Gratefully, for Jesus' sake I pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, we come to You with lots of prayer for Haiti...especially for Pastor Greg and the team he is with. We have seen some of the devastation and our eyes and our hearts cry out to You for the people in that needy place. Your eyes have seen all of the devastation there, but we know that You have a plan, You will somehow turn this all around for the good in those lives...that You have promised, so we rest in Your word, we trust in Your wisdom, and we hope in Your mercy. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. Gratefully, for Jesus' sake we pray, amen.

Heavenly father, if angels were ever needed, they are needed now. May all the soldiers, rescue workers, health workers, and any of the doctors and nurses be given strength directly from You as they do what they can for these dear souls in Haiti who are in such pain. Speed the forward progress of the hospital ship as it steams through the waters...make them ready in every way for that which awaits them. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.

Heavenly father, please give me a spirit of discernment so I will recognize the tricks and ways of the devil and not be taken in by him. And please deliver me from obsessing about the devil and giving him more attention than he merits. Thank you for hearing my prayer. Gratefully, for Jesus' sake I pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, I come to You in prayer acknowledging that You are in control of everything and that the things that my wife will undergo today, while going through before and after her gallbladder surgery, will get done according to Your will. Lead my wife on Your paths while allowing her to lean on Your Word. My wife knows that by putting her total trust and faith in You, as she goes through her discomfort, is the best way and the only way. So, dear Lord, I ask and pray that You provide my wife with the right doctors and nurses, and that they be strengthened with the power of Your hand. Grant them divine wisdom and peace as they tend to my wife. And may Your love flood the hospital that she's in, may Your presence bring comfort from pain and discomfort. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayers Gratefully, for Jesus' sake I pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, thank you for my wife's successful laparoscopy procedure. I ask you now to please bless and comfort her to total recovery. Pour out Your continuous heart felt blessings and grace to her while she is fighting to beat this sickness in body, mind and spirit. Grant my family with needed strength, wisdom and courage while we wait for answers to our prayers. Thank you for always hearing and answering our prayers. Gratefully, for Jesus' sake I pray, amen.
